1) Meet the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patients and interpret them intelligently.
2) Apply scientific principles of knowledge in providing comprehensive health services (Preventive, Promotive, Curative and Rehabilitative) to individuals and groups in the hospital and in the community.
